Privacy statement

What is processed when you use Horalis, as article 13 of the GDPR asks. In short: the host's technical records and, if you write to us, your message. Nothing you type in a tool.

Who is responsible

Marek Andrei Pisetsky Neyra publishes Horalis and is responsible for this processing. Write to .

What is processed

Only the technical records of the host when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser.

Nothing you type or choose in a tool: every calculation runs on your device, and no tool sends it anywhere.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no automated decisions about you.

Why, and on which legal basis

To deliver the pages and keep them safe from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)).

You do not have to give us any data. Without these records no page can be served; writing to us is up to you.

Who receives it, and where

The host, Vercel Inc., in the United States, processes the records for Horalis under its data processing agreement. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Horalis does not download, keep or analyse these records. A move to a European host is planned.

For how long

For as long as Vercel keeps its records under its own policy. Horalis keeps no copy.

Messages you send us

A message sent with Send feedback reaches a Proton Mail mailbox (Proton AG, Switzerland, a country with an EU adequacy decision).

It is used only to answer you and to improve the tools (legitimate interest), and deleted when it is no longer needed. It holds only what you write.

What your browser keeps

Your browser, not Horalis, keeps a few things, and none is sent. The light or dark theme stays only in that tab. Horalis Growth's plan is kept only if you press “Save on this device”; “Delete my data” removes it.

To work without a connection, a copy of each tool's own published files, never anything you type. Your browser's settings can delete it.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to the processing. Write to .

You may also complain to a data protection authority: in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
